If you want one site that might have multiple torrents for a single ID try JavDB.
If you mean alternatives to the torrents then JAVlibrary is probably your best bet.
Failing that there's Google searches using keywords with the ID and any number of file hosting services like "rapidgator" or "k2s". There's a surprising amount of JAV downloads posted on more general boards like pornBB, Forumophilia, PlanetSuzy etc.
