im new to torrent and seems like u need lots of peers and seeds to download fast. torrents i dl from like jav torrent section has lots of ones that have 0 seeds and lots of peer and dl is extremely slow.any way to get seeds up?

this sounds like a technical issue. It could be your own computer settings are preventing you from connecting to seeds. Also initial seeds are likely to be slow. Torrents are like snowballs rolling down a hill, they can be a little slow to get started and pick up speed as they continue.
