Ah, yeah, I'm familiar with the 20 minute episodes. Unlike something like Anejiru 2 though, it looks like they spliced in additional action into the existing scenes from episode 1. At least from what I can remember, and I'd like to think I know MSES quite a bit, heh.
So it's pretty interesting. Kind of a cop-out, sure, but at least they did something interesting with it. As opposed to, again, Anejiru 2 where it just showed a flashback to the first series without changing anything.
