Hi,

Downloaded some movies can play back but there is no sound or audio,i search everywhere for a solution but could not find one,Tried playing it with KM player,Vlc,Media player n real player and i also downloaded a whole bunch of audio codec but none seems to work.

Went thru all the tech threads that are posted here, still cannot find a solution to my problem.
I really appreciate very much if any one of you bro can help me,i not a technical guy,if i could be directed to a site where i can download a software, player or a codec to solve my problem.

Thanks a million i advance for any help.Cheers

Thank you bro, downloaded the software and have being trying to figure out the past 4hrs how to make it work with the software.Guess i am just too dumb it did not work for me,still no sound or audio, all the technical stuff really freak me out.Its just too much hassle for me,i have being searching high and low, trying the past week to fix it,downloaded most of the audio codec which i google but none work.

No worries bro,you have being very kind to have tried to help by directing me to the web site,i do not meant to be spoon fed,was wondering if there is a media or movie player which i can download which can play the files.
Anyway, really appreciate your kind gesture even though it still did not work for me.Its just too much hassle and too technical for a nerd like me,i will just forget it.

Cheers mate.Thank you...

This program is to check what codec is used for audio (and video as well). Nothing more. Then you can search for the right codec to play your movies properly.

My favour goes to this other program:

try to re-encode it with your favorite program and see what happens. For a while I had a v03+ code problem that wouldnt allow any audio when I used my vlc player (KMplayer worked fine though). However when I encoded the video as an .mp4 it would play easily.

ach! too bad i wasn't around at the time of your first post, jedi, because i've already been in the "no sound" hell and i spent almost a whole day googling in a sea of nerdish answers and dead links, and i could have saved you some headaches >_<

oh well, i'll drop another download link for the codec anyway:

Code:
