So far I only know the Kanchoooooo! series under the Gachinco label where they have the girls relieve themselves and don't play with the poop, eat it, smear it, etc. It would be better if they don't really focus on the poop itself and just show the girls relieving themselves as if it's just another act that they do in the scene. Anything like that?

Ok, I'm throwing some idea of a scene/movie and see if there's something like it.
Let's say that Prestige made a mini-docu style movie featuring Remu Suzumori about her day when she shoots a movie. How this works is that she has a small film crew following her throughout the day.
Crew come in to her house in the night before to prepare for the following day. So she wakes up on the day of the shoot then eats some breakfast. After that she heads to the bathroom and does no. 1 and 2 (this is where it gets interesting). She also shows us how to clean the colon so that they won't get some nasty surprise while doing the shoot (assholes don't need to be censored so we can see everything clearly). She heads to the studio, does the make up, and shoots. She goes back home, have some dinner with the docu crew in the house and finally finish it with a 4p with the crew. They say goodbye to each other and the movie ends

All I ask is a movie where they don't play with the poop (e.g. the Kanchoooooo! series underrr Gachinco), it's the opposite of being specific.
Maybe all you know about the so called scat genre is where the girls smear or eat the poop, and this is actually the extreme end of the genre which is the only thing that remains (OPUD series etc.). It was much more varied back then with things/scenes like fake toilet voyeur, doctor visit where the girls have stomachache, the girls needing to relieve themselves while on travel, etc.
