There are many variations of NTR films, I've never seen one like that.

I just found out SVDVD-495 . This is like anti-NTR turned up to 11!! Rather violent so may not be for everyone. The guys are TOTALLY not like the usual wimpy no-balls husbands. They went even beyond.

He dumped her after the whole thing finished and left. The wife tried to find comfort in the cheating guy at the end, but he was running like "I don't wanna get involved in this sh*t"
Case 3: H/W. The husband (+3 thugs) went to his living room during "the act". The wife still denied it although caught pants down. The cheating guy was dragged out, dunno what happened (I don't know Japanese). After the deed, the husband said something like "I understand. Wait for a moment" then he went to the bedroom (not sure what happened).
Case 4: H/W. The husband (+ 3 thugs). Same thing here, But the husband went gangsta drinking wine while watching. In the end they forced the cheating guy to fuck the cheating wife (screen faded)

2nd and 3rd case were the better ones, IMHO.

Can't find anymore video of the series (if it's a series), though.
