Ok I need an Image orginizer

I use Picasa as an image viewer but I need something to help make up for the clusterfuck way I download files to random locations on my computer.
Are there better image organizers out there?

I'm rather fond of explorer.exe

I also make use of irfanview and dupdetector

Chompy is right, you can tweak the explorer thumbnails to bigger or smaller size.

I use acdsee and if you move the pics folder to somewhere else then you have to select all the pics folder and rebuild the database.
