The original is from XRW-173. I'm not quite sure about the actress, because just going by the photos/screenshots there are a couple who look like her, but my best guess would be Suzumura Iroha.

Thank you. I believe that's the one. I searched thru her films, I don't see any separate one. I guess XRW-173 is not a collection then.
