That's why akiba-online exists, because (at least for western audiences), a lot of this stuff is not available anywhere. Thousands of DVDs and magazines of "white and latina girls" can be found at practically any bookstore or videostore downtown (speaking now of major U.S. cities) and on thousands of websites.
Just hit up any search engine, I guess.
