Password reset does not go to my email

hello, I have forgotten my password and am only able to log in due to the cookies enabled. I have tried to change the password so I can write it down but for some strange reason it does not reach my email inbox. May I ask for help from the admin team? thanks.

Be sure the email didn't go to your junk folder. It's a classic problem with forums.
