Nice to see those Walther MPLs! I noticed the hi-cap sticking out of the bottom... I got a photo of myself in ARMS Magazine when Boss Gerira came down to the ASH Bash in `05 or `06; I modded a Marui MPL springer to hold a Ver. III Mechabox, and runs off of UZI hi-caps. I also managed to snag a stock for it from a Walther MPK someone had in the UK. Is that break-down rifle from Tanaka?
Wasn't Ash Bash out in Hawaii? I was good buddies with the only foreigner working in Echigoya (Shane Silva) before he ran into visa issues and went back to Hawaii.
Yeah, it was, out at Kualoa Ranch. I remember Shane, also won a Stout Suppressor from his booth that year (well, everyone who threw down $5 for the pistol shoot did, too). Small world...
Nah, that was the last time I saw him; hell, didn't know he came back... there's a bunch of guys who play that field who know him, but I haven't been to a game with them in ages... work & school gets in the way. Sh!t, I don't even know if my batteries are still good... maybe I should just sell everything and get a base gun to customize-- that's where the fun has always been for me.
Had to add... looked a few pages back, and a lot of those pics brought back memories. Even the one of GAP Harajuku (page 57). I bought a trench coat for my girl from there, on sale too since it was XXS and nobody was buying. There's a place I took a pic of, called Club Pasona, has a huge graphic of Audrey Hepburn on the front-- what is that place? I thought it was some sorta club, but from reading online, it looks like some sort of temp work agency or something, know anything about it? Below is the pic I took...
