My wife is in Japan at the moment and mentioned the couple of days of snow they've had (she showed me the yard via the webcam). She also said that overall it has been relatively mild (for winter) but very windy at times!

While not a secret, this is the Japanese sea police. No, -NOT- the JSDF, however this "Municipal Police Boat" has been in many confrontations that are not broadcast on TV with North Korean spy boats.
