Q1. I thought the Japanese couldn't own guns, so are the pictures you're showing of what appear to be gun stores in fact
rental outlets at shooting ranges? or am I very mistaken and Japanese people can and
*do* in fact own guns? or are you only showing airsoft and similar guns and not actual firearms?
Q2. You posted a picture of a guy you labeled as "half-breed" and that reminds me to ask you about the differences that you perceive in the way the Japanese treat you vs. how they treat ハーフ.
Btw, I've been told that ハーフ is rude so if it is and if there is a less vulgar word, e.g. ダブルズ, that I could use, please by all means share! But I get the impression that while haafu may be rude, nobody really says "doubles" except for the folks I saw in the video I watched on being biracial in Japan. Those people seemed like they were plucked out of an old-school Reading Rainbow episode! Except the woman who broke down on camera and mentioned how she attempted to kill herself at the age of 14 because of bullies who threw rocks at her head every day she went home to her grandma's --
grandma's b/c the mom either died or abandoned the baby and the dad was a US serviceman.
(I hope I've made up for the lack of comments last time. Dude, I totally know the feeling about getting no feed back from people online -- IT SUCKS! -- but I also don't like forcing replies. Because then the replies sound insincere, which in turn gives the false impression that the replier is insincere about how much he likes the host's services, i.e. in this case I really do like your pictures. Like I said, I would have liked some of 'em for wallpapers, they're that good! Very good eye you have.)
EDIT: Which reminds me -- I loved
this one this time. Seems like it could be used in something like Nat'l Geo. for showing a city's bar life or something, or (if you were a salaryman and emo) maybe it could be a stereotypical "it's a hard-knock life for us Japanese" photo.
