The first 4 photos were done in Kyoto in April just after the cherry blossom started. I can't remember the name of the place unfortunately =( Big castle like area though... =p
The Sushi photos were from a small seaside town and I really have no idea where it is, except that it's near Mt Fuji and about 4 hours drive from Nagoya...
The Aquarium pictures are from the Osaka Aquarium.
The old pottery guy is from a small town in Achi called Shinshiro, but he travels to Kyoto once a month to sell all the things he makes at the Kyoto market, which is in the final photo.
The photo sandwiched between the cats and do is also from Shinshiro.

Openly asking for criticism....you fool, you fool. Just kidding, (mostly). Thanks for sharing your photos but I have a few comments, (since you asked):
Probably my favorite would have to be the one of the old man, nicely done.
The flower shots were okay, I don't think the lighting worked with them well though. Nothing really wrong with the food shots, they could fit on a menu if they were smaller. The animal photos didn't quite work for me and I like animal photos. A few shots in this batch were a bit out of focus, you could have left them out. The city shots were very nice, I enjoyed those. Overall a nice share.
