Ok so I've been hunting for this JAV for 6 hours a night for the last 2 weeks.

Really the two big things that should help you search for it are that it's uncensored and the entire beginning of the video is her playing with her yoga ball.

Are those all Japanese-produced (censored) videos? They all have the XXXX-000 format which usually means Japanese-produced and censored. Thank you though, I'll take a look.

Yeah dude, those are all censored. I can generally find censored videos through research at dmm.co.jp, but specific uncensored videos are hard as hell to locate or identify because they are not organized by Japanese websites which keep track of pretty much the entire country's database of JAV. And so, back to the drawing board...
