Miho Ichiki/Anna Okina is another example of boobs you can tell are fake just by looking at them.

Ruri Saijo, Anri Okita and Julia all have very firm boobs for their size but they still look natural.

Because it's unsafe. Miho Ichiki, Sakura Sena, and Anna Okita all probably had very big breasts to begin with. That's why they're able to get so huge. Aya's were probably average sized, and if you look her boobs the skin is already stretched out really far. The more you try to stuff in there, the bigger the risk becomes of damage to the implant or skin. Most doctors would probably refuse to give her implants bigger than that unless she worked her way up very gradually.

Is it me or a some of the newer JAV girls get plastic surgery to look more "Korean barbie doll". I actually like the Japanese look more. Korean plastic surgery tends to make facial features too pronounce like ridiculously high noses. Agreed. It's so unattractive to me due to my intimate knowledge of Japanese. If I wanted to watch Korean porn I would downlo... Well, I guess there isn't any KAV of any decent quality so I guess that's not really an option, but still! I want my Japanese gals to look Japanese and not like any other. it is also often also about firmness and shape.

a good made surgery enhances shape and firmness of breasts to a level "natural" breasts can never reach.
good shape and firmness == sexyness.

To my tastes, I like good taste! Getting out of proportion obviously fake breasts is unattractive. Only looks really appealing when clothes are on. If someone can get plastic surgery done that improves their looks without looking like plastic surgery, then I can get behind that to some degree. But to get disasters that look like someone placed bricks in your butt, softballs on your chest, and a Greek nose on a Japanese face... It's a nearly complete turn-off. For me.

So In the case of fake boobs that are "small". If they are well-proportioned and fill out a formerly floppy breast and it still looks natural, then that's all you need. Leave well enough alone.

Well what do you think of Shunka Ayami? She got a beautiful face, body and excellent acting, but she got a few teeth out of positions.

For some reasons, Japanese have really crocked teeth, and it's as if they have accepted it as normal, since they tend to do surgery for everything else, but won't bother to fit braces on the kids.

It does work for certain girls, (But maybe I'm just saying that because I can't see how they'd look with fixed teeth.) but yeah, that's one of the things were I don't mind cosmetic surgery at all.

She might have had a few other minor changes to her face, but the teeth are the most noticable enhancement and a huge improvement.

The other example I have in mind is good old Rei Mizuna:
