Please help ID this girl in SW-220 (This is a hard one)

I have been trying to find more info on this girl, but with no success. She is in the last 2 segments of the video and in the cover as well.

Maybe Ikumi Kuroki 黒木いくみ? Not sure, though. I'm not that good at facial recognition and she doesn't get completely nude in the scene as far as I can tell so hard to compare her body.
