Her Name Is Chie Maeda (前田ちえ) , from iene-190 http://www.dmm.co.jp/mono/dvd/-/detail/=/cid=1iene190/

Her movie list http://sougouwiki.com/d/%c1%b0%c5%c4%a4%c1%a4%a8

and the image you posted of that girl is not in that movie HUNT635
