Err...that's the tricky bit. No one really knows who she is. Photos of her have been circulated on the internet under the name 'Lyna Tran' but there's no actual information that can be dug up on the internet about her. No one really knows who this is.

1. This lady is known as Lyna Tran.
2. This picture has been used by some website selling "sex dolls". She was labelled as a doll instead of human

Fear not, I know you source the picture from 18asean.blogspot.com and they mentioned this lady as Kan Yamate. Did some search and the only result came out of Kan Yamate is Shiori Yamate.
If you check out her videos, you will find there is some picture that is really similar to fake Lyna Tran. Maybe they did use some of Shiori Yamate as part of the photoshop material to create the imaginary Lyna Tran.
So again, in my own opinion, Lyna Tran is a fake imaginary photoshop girl
