The first kanji is SHIN-NYUU (to reach, to arrive).
The second kanji is MIGAKU (to polish, to brush).
The readings probably change when you put them together.
The next three characters are katakana for AKUME (ogasm).
The white character is SHIKIGAME (two). It probably has another reading, and it may indicate that this is a sequel.

Buster3's information is correct but I'll expand on it.
達磨=When together is read as だるま or Daruma. It's a name of a famous Buddhist monk. They also make little dolls of him that look like this.
アクメ=Is orgasm as taken from the french acmé.
弐=Is 2.
An English translation would be very hard to come up with and hence all original meaning or nuance lost.
The best I can suggest is Daruma Orgasm 2.
