OK, so up front I'm going to apologize if #1 a similar thread exists (I did a search but came up with nothing) & #2 if this is posted in the wrong place.

Anyway, as I was cataloging my collection I noticed that I've got a lot of uncensored titles that feature more mainstream idols. When I first started collecting JAV, this wasn't necessarily the case. Maybe it's just my (incorrect) impression, but over the last couple of years it seems like more and more girls with "respectable" careers are showing up on the uncensored side.

This got me thinking... I wonder how many girls have done both that I'm unaware of? So I threw together a quick spreadsheet comparing the two categories from my collection to share my findings in hopes that others may have discovered some that I haven't yet. I'm sure there are many... or at least I hope there are.

Also, I figure it's important to clarify what I mean by "popular" idols. I figure six (non-compilation) censored titles is a nice (arbitrary) number. I mean, afterall, most girls in uncensored titles have at least one standard video out there. But I'm not really interested in the "one & done" girls - at least on the censored side. Also, I'm not really looking for "clips" from 1pondo & caribbean.com - unless they have NOT been compiled into an actual "DVD/Blu-Ray" release.

You're probably right. I only included it because it came up when I put her name into the search box. Normally on their site, that means that they've linked the name as an alias to the one being used in their videos.

Anyway, I didn't see any other indication of any alias she performed under but went with it anyway. It was probably lazy on my part, so I removed the link.

If anyone has any more light to shed on the situation, I'm sure we can address it; otherwise, we can just chalk it up to a mistake and leave it at that.

OK, so I have another update on this one. In an attempt to double-check TOKYO-HOT's Saori Watanuki alias for Hibiki Ōtsuki, I found that if you click the middle tab labeled もっと (motto i.e. "more"), it shows you aliases at the bottom next to 別名 (betsumei i.e. "alias" - go figure).

Anyway, when you go to the TOKYO-HOT page for Konomi Mizusawa and click on the もっと tab, one of the aliases listed is, in fact, Hikaru Shiina. This explains why Konomi came up when I input 椎名ひかる at TOKYO-HOT.

So, all things being equal, I would've just assumed that my initial post was accurate and changed the entry back. The problem is, Tortex's point was totally valid. That girl's breasts were irrefutably smaller.

This then led me to do some more research - after all boobs can get bigger, right? So I looked at the dates of release and sure enough the TOKYO-HOT video came out almost a full year prior to Hikaru's first one for MAXING.

My initial thought was implants, but Hikaru's tits look pretty natural. Of course, a lot of JAV Idols have implants that are very subtle. Unlike many girls in western porn, J-girls tend to get enhancements that are suited to their frame. Also, I believe that silicone implants (which usually look more realistic) are more common in Japan as opposed to saline which is still fairly common in the US.

Still, I wanted to check another theory before assuming fake boobs. So I decided to verify her age. Sometimes when girls get into the industry they're still growing. It's not terribly uncommon for an eighteen year old to increase by a cup or two by the time they're, say, twenty-one.

So the birth-date given for Hikaru on AVE & J-Wikipedia was 12/6/1991. Subtracting the release date for the TOKYO-HOT video, 7/17/2009, you come up with seventeen years old(!) and that's best case scenario.

When you compare dates to her first MAXING release (MXGS-257), 5/16/2010, she would've been eighteen already. So, the bottom line is that either it's two different girls or the TOKYO-HOT video is bad news. Either way I'm leaving it off the post (regardless of how much it looks like the same face).

Anyway, that's what I found out - you've been informed/warned...

Interesting analysis. Assuming the breast growth or breast enhancement theory were true... you can't deny that the nipples are different. Hikaru's are perfectly pink and the areola is a bit bigger. Konomi Mizusawa, are smaller in diameter and darker.

Even if you say the diameter of the areola would stretch with breast enhancement the color would not.

This is fun... like Sherlock Holmes but only with breasts!

Yeah, I'll have to take your word on that. I didn't check that prior to my "research" and I don't think it's something I want to do now... all things considered. I mean, potential ethical/moral issues aside, I'm not sure I want a digital trail on my system of what may turn out to be... well... you know.
