I'm not sure about this, but I think I've seen one, its not a full movie, only 1 scene showing a man fucking a sex doll, and its from small studio, don't remember anymore, I saw it when I tried to track JAV idols who performed as anonymous for small studios

I believe that there is so much unexplored territory there but no studio is willing to go there - which is totally understandable from a financial standpoint.
