Currently what are the steps/process if I want to create sub from scratch ?

The ones desioner and I release here are from scratch, but they take a lot of time and money. But we don't do requests, so yes anyone coming here spamming requests to the kind folks who are machine translating here, take the time actually provide subs for them to work with, or don't expect results.
