Post your JAV subtitle files here - JAV Subtitle Repository (JSP)★NOT A SUB REQUEST THREAD★

A bundle of Sub files for the bulk of Supervised r*** films directed by former star Nao Masaki.

These are bare minimum Whisper Large subs. VAD with a very low threshold but a higher patience and best of, and a repetition penalty.

MIAB-218 - Somebody else's sub.

Some of these are totally unedited, and the rest are just barely and have a ton of errors. These are not the same quality as my Slave Color subs.

As documented and discussed in this thread:

Nao is easily the best director of this genre.
Very good subtitles. Thanks

Wow...it seems everyone is getting into the "AI Video Enhancement" game! I'm still not convinced it's AI, but just tried my Nero Recode "enhancement mode" ...might be better than VideoProc Converter AI plus Nero also burns videos into Blu Ray DVDs! Although still need VideoProc Converter for encoding Subs into video. Maybe I should get compensations for hawking all these products! lol

Ayone have tips for using LLMs to help with translation? Seems sexual content is mostly fine as long as it's single sentences or words from the dialogue. They can take context into account and generate more natural dialogue if asked not to be too literal.

I'm probably on a list somewhere... Claude refused to translate a half hour subtitle, saying the content was likely illegal and telling me to delete the file. After some back and forth with single sentences with ChatGPT I realized Marie Konishi is alternating between calling the same person a naughty boy and dirty old man, which made Claude go nuts :D

I don't have tips for doing it in chunks, but giving it context when things don't match will help the translation since Japanese often relies on that to know what is being said. Otherwise it's just a guess and you get weird stuff.

One day there might be a whisper thing that can analyze the video as well to get proper context, but we're not there yet.

That'll be the day we truly know the Cylons are here! lol
