The whole Oku no Hosomichi series is focused on pregnant woman and there were 35 releases, AFAIK. And, apparently, this wasn't the only one with birthing scenes. Hopefully, this info helps someone find the whole video and, perhaps, the rest of the series.

man, I remember I was one of the stores in akihabara and saw DWI-01 in a class case going for a pretty penny, thought that was rare but now this one is even rarer. I head back to Japan frequently, any tips on where I'd start a search if I want to find the physically copy?
Btw, might be old news but I just found out MJD-09 (https://www.javlibrary.com/en/?v=javliaqi34 ) is the same girl in DWI-01
