Hey... this is kind of embarrassing but I guess it's best to voice out...

Im an asian...my penis is smaller then average... and I seem to have one problem.

My gland, or the head of the penis, is extremely sensitive... as it is short, my entire penis is covered by the foreskin...even when erected...and when i peel the skin, and my gland exposed...just touching it using my finger, causes pain...

One thing i know is, im not the only one facing this problem

anyone got any recommendation on how to solve my problem? thanks in advance~

My advice is to go talk with a physician. They can give you the BEST advice and they are SWORN BY OATH to keep it confidential and to respect the seriousness of your concerns. They will not laugh or make fun.

If you do not have a family doctor who you trust, or if you cannot afford to go and see a doctor, then some questions to consider are:
  1. Is the pain sharp ("like needles") or dull ("like a bruise")?
  2. How long does the pain last? The entire time it's erect? The entire time PERIOD? Or only for a few minutes and then it goes away?
  3. Have you talked with your parents about this? It is embarrassing, but your mom may say that her father (your grandfather) had a similar situation. Or your dad may say that he has a similar situation. They could provide you with advice.
  4. If your penis is erect, is there any pain on urination? on ejaculation?
  5. If "yes" to either of the questions above, then: If your penis is flaccid, is there any pain on urination? on ejaculation?
  6. Have you ever had sexual intercourse with another person? If "yes," do you know if that person had any STDs?
  7. Does your penis hurt just by becoming erect, or only when touched?
  8. Do you suffer from prolonged erections? (i.e. erections lasting more than 4 hours)
  9. Does your penis bleed externally?
  10. Do you notice any blood in your urine or in your ejaculate? (a pinkish tinge, perhaps?)
  11. Has the pain been like this all your life? or did it start at a specific time you can remember? If so, can you pinpoint an event which might have led to this condition?

On and on it goes. But I'm not a doctor and I'm not a GU specialist so anything I can think to ask, honestly, sounds pretty dumb. Like, seriously. >_> All these questions don't sound helpful at all to me. I think you should go and talk to a real physician, either (a) your family doctor or (b) a genitourinary (GU) specialist at a local hospital.

Good luck!

1) its rather dull, somewhat like you rub on your arm REAL hard...like when you press down on your arm, and drag along it....

2)the moment i touch it, and it last several seconds...depending on how hard i touch...

3)no...my dad doesnt seem to have the problem. he is damn active in sexual activities without complain

4)when im erected, no pain during urination and ejaculation, and the pain when touching my gland slightly decreased

5)when flacid...same ...just that it hurt freaking painful when i touch it

6)virgin...with the pain i dont dare to try anything

7)only when touched on the gland...when it is dry...i tried before when covered with conditioner...hurt less

8)not really as i can remember.... i know i get erected easily...out of nowhere i could get a boner for no reason

9)no

10)no

11) the pain is there as far as memory serves..

thanks for your concern... im still a student and not yet independent... cant afford a doctor...

Oh.. you need to learn to masturbate slowly with a right kind of soap this way you will be able to pull back the foreskin well without further pains in future. It happened to me before. How old are you? You will grow big down there, dont worry

well SexGhost, I'm uncut, and first time I expose my gland. I feel the pain as well

but that time i peel it like everyday, n give it some stimulation (blowing air to it etc), the pain starts to go away little b little. and..... i guess, because of your gland is too sensitive (it never been exposed to any touch except by foreskin).

now i can just touch it n everything. of course, wearing pants with my gland exposed will give me some discomfort down there.

i hope it helps u

That's in fact normal, because your "penis head" has never been exposed before. It needs time to adjust to become less sensitive. Imagine having the skin on your arm or something peeled off, you will feel pain when you touch it after because that new layer of skin has never been exposed and it's not used to being "touched". So don't worry about that problem, it will eventually go away. And don't "stop" doing it because it hurts, it takes time and trust me it's good for you. If a person is not circumcised, he should definitely push back the foreskin because a lot of bacteria can build up in there.

As for the penis, no need to be ashamed or anything. Just be happy with what you have. Guys actually have it easy because we can hide it, imagine how a girl feels when she has the tiniest boobs? She can't even hide that. So everybody's got problems, but if you don't see it as a problem, then it won't be a problem for you. Also, longer doesn't always mean better because a girl's g-spot is usually around 2 inches up the vagina.

Man, u need some help from your buddy. ask him to help u on that. Pulling down the foreskin might hurt a bit.. but in the long run pull it down often... and park it down under the underwear... try to erect it slowly when u watch a porn movie... it might hurt but it will pull down eventually....

i actually think what really matters is the shape of the nipples more so than the size of the breasts. i have seen huge breasts but they look out of shape, but tiny breasts that look perfectly nice, know what i am talking about? its almost the shape of the nipples, the breasts, you know perky as long as they are nicely shaped. but cant be too small either. A nice shaped C cup is just perfect

This is why I support circumcision. In the long run its very beneficial despite what some nay sayers and the guy who played nightcrawler in Xmen II say.

You don't have to be as careful with cleaning when circumcised. When you have foreskin you often find nasty little surprises like Smegma and other crap. You're less sensitive too when you've been circumcised, plus it doesn't take away a significant amount of pleasure during sex. I mean at most I say it takes 10%, big deal its better then having 20% more pain when something goes wrong.

Don't worry about your length, dude. If you have a long dick, you always have to be worried about hitting the girl's cervix. That feels bad (imagine thrusting your dick against a wall) and will piss (most) girls off.

The theory and the reality are very different.
