I'm a bit confused about the wording, so I thought I would ask to clarify things:
"Forum Rule #10: Re-posting an existing video in this section to the same filehost will get you suspended and your posts deleted. Always search the forum for the DVD/Bluray code of your video before posting. Here is an example search for TSDV-41292 OR TSDV41292. Videos shared by Exclusive Uploaders (Blue usernames) cannot be re-posted, no matter what."
The reason I'm asking is because I plan to upload videos that I encode using QTGMC (i.e. videos that get the [HQ] tag). However, if the particular title has already been uploaded by an exclusive uploader, am I allowed to upload my own rip?
In other words, does the rule apply to a particular title, or to particular files?
