Err, well...there are 2 ways you can go about about doing this as long as you have the budget for it.

Firstly, if you actually want the physical DVD, you can always buy it online and pay for the cost and shipping. You can get it from any store. Just google the DVD code. Amazon Japan, for example, has it in stock and I think they might even deliver outside of Japan just as long as you are willing to pay shipping.

If you don't actually need the physical DVD and would like to reduce the cost a little, you can try to PM @desioner who is one of the moderators on this forum. As long as you send him the purchase cost, he will buy the DVD, rip it, and upload it for you. The forum will thank you for it. I know I would.He can absolutely be trusted. You can see he has done this before for countless other videos here.

Of course, if you don't have the budget, than you will have to wait patiently like the rest of us for someone else to make it available online.
