rar files trouble joining

Hi sorry i'm new here and i am having trouble joining these files using win rar. i see that they are rar files but when i dl them they don't have the win rar icon. it's these files. Do i have to rename the files?

They're not quite rar files, as you can see from the extension being 001,002 and 003 after the .rar

This means that someone did a binary split on a big rar file to separate it into 3 file. Kind of stupid to do this instead of separating it with multiple rar files, but what can you do.

You can join them using multiple methods, but using hjsplit of ffsj is the easiest. After that, you'll be able to extract it easily with winrar.
