Rare animations which have been found in video hosting services

At the suggestions of elgringo14, I'm creating this topic to put here links for some pretty rare Japanese animations which have been found in video hosting services, mainly Nico Nico Douga. We would rather have them in regular video files instead of flv containers, but many of these animations are so rare that they have no known rip reported in the aniDB yet. We would like other users to help us in our quest to find good rips of these animations, even if they are only available in these video hosting services.
