One thing is bugging me: why the notice "gravure thread" in the title - as far as I know, she has only gravure threads here, unless we count LADYBABY here.

The gravure in the title refers to her age being over 15, but more importantly to specifically differentiate this thread from her Junior Idol thread.
Putting "gravure" in the title here is to help avoid any possible potential confusion that may occur. It's to help prevent content from Rei's junior idol career and/or junior idols pictures being posted in this thread.
Some people may not look at the section headers, or see them when searching for "Rei Kuromiya", so I thought adding [gravure thread] to the title of this thread would help.

As if she wasn't doing gravure for good eight years... what could that have been??? If you wanted to differentiate, why not put plain out 16+?

I think what granatik is trying to say is that her modelling 15 years old and under was gravure anyway, so the title is redundant.

And I would have to agree for different reasons:
- This thread is in 'gravure idols' subforum
- You don't see a similar labelling for other idols - e.g. Asami Kondou, Saaya Irie...and the list goes on.

However, given that the labelling is only for clarifying potential confusions given that she just turned 16, I think its acceptable to leave the labelling as is, at least for a few more months...

Not surprising that she hasn't completely stopped gravure work altogether despite trying to make it in mainstream. Its kind of expected in the idol industry with only a handful of notable exceptions (Momoiro Clover Z, etc.)

Just don't expect the same scale of work as with during her Imouto days. There will be a couple of magazine photoshoots for publicity, but I highly doubt if we'll get another video again.

After a bit of thought, I have to agree a bit with @fwildly: current title of thread adds to the confusion, as it might actually contain considerably less gravure that other... Just because Rei is doing different things now like performances, so there won't be as much time as before for gravure. Different profile of gravure works won't be much of a help in providing new content as well.
