It became late... :bow-pray:

I use "7-Zip". => http://www.7-zip.org/

The method to decompress...

I right click of "ACBR-10654.part01.rar" after installation completion in "7-Zip".
And I choose "Extract Here".
In this, I am combined automatically and decompress it, and a folder is made.

I'm sorry in clumsy English... :exhausted:

I hope that I have you understand it...
