They finally have it for preorder on Amazon Japan. They also have an updated description of it saying it is her last image. Maybe a native Japanese speaker can make sure that it is her last IV. Here is the text from the Amazon Japan

I've known the information for a couple days now, the reason I'm not posting about it is every other online site and even the official site like E-NET say nothing about retirement
The magazine also said nothing about that, it's not the first time the Japanese mistaken "last" with "latest", it's not the first time a preorder page contain false information etc

Considering all of that I've decided to wait for the cover, if she's really decided to retire I imagined there will be big "引退" or something like that printed there
The cover will end all of the speculation

Well at least she's still wear small size bikini

It might be not a retirement, but an end of gravure activities.

The wording of the quotes "Saaya" could also meant that she will appear in the image DVD as"Saaya" for the final time. This could meant she may not be retiring but appear as another new name for a new company perhaps? Changing of name in gravure idol world is not uncommon.

One thing for sure Saaya is always gravure idol first, she get various jobs because of her name in gravure world
I like Saaya but I'm sorry to say that without gravure Saaya is nobody
If she retire from gravure it's like she retire from everything

Look at 48 group who have crazy amount of popularity in Japan today
Various 48 member got lots of jobs but once they graduate from the group most of them become nobody, even if they are trying their best to stay in showbiz
After 10+ years only a handful of ex 48 member who can keep their stand in showbiz without 48 name

About the word "last", it actually used a lot in Japan today because of Emperor Akihito will step down in April 2019
Because of that Japan now have last summer, last x festival, last heisei year, last for everything
If people from outside read "last x festival" in Japan, that people might interpret the festival will no longer held in the future
Confusing time to interpret simple word like "last"

I think the fact that she called out that she's made 45 gravure DVDs in the context of "last" carries the meaning. I wouldn't be surprised at all if she comes out of retirement in the future, like many do, notably Fumie Hosokawa, but sounds like this is her final gravure DVD for the foreseeable future.
