With a program like Winrar or 7-zip. Then you can extract the video file(s) from the archive.
Actually I wonder how it was done (split before archiving or not). uzzled:

For me more important: where the hell did you get a subbed version of episode 3 from? So please tell. Who subbed this ep. 3?

Until now not one single subbed version of ep. 3 bumped anywhere in the web. [GnR] only has subbed eps. 1+2 but stopped after that.

the eD2K link at least is invalid, I´ve set a Share trigger, let´s see whether the file bumps or not.

Download all files, then split and join all the files with the same name and diferent ext. 001.001 - 001.002 - 001-003 - 001.004. When all files are join in 001 you can open that file with winrar and extract all videos
