She is 154 cm tall, and her three sizes from top to bottom are 90 cm, 62 cm, and 82 cm. Wikipedia lists a whole bunch of commercials for some big companies (Panasonic, McDonald's, All Nippon Airways, Bandai, etc.) from 2001 through 2007, or from the time she was about eight till the time she was about fourteen. Wikipedia also lists four television dramas in which she acted.
Her first DVD, "ミルã‚ー・グラマー" ("Milky Glamour"), is listed on Amazon as having been released on December 20, 2013, by Takeshobo, but the image of the jacket you uploaded says January 20, 2014. Her second DVD, "片æ€ã„" ("Kataomoi", "Unrequited Love"--a play on the first kanji in her surname), was released March 20, 2014, by Liverpool.
