LimeLemon: sorry, didn't see your question until now. Mobsters is the first (or so I'm told). Honnaka is a DMM-owned studio that came later. Think Twister (the '94 movie) with the ragtag team of tornado chasers encountering the other fancy team with corporate sponsorship. ;)

Either way, Honnaka is apparently not even filming real creampies anymore. Pretty much no studio is as IPPA put the kibosh on that due to to the medication requirements.
