For me its Mayumi Honjo. She doesn't have big boobs nor those stunning pretty face. But somehow she does tickle my bone.

Her acting is not exceptionally remarkable but I wouldn't say fail. One additional feature about her is her voice. It sound very anime-ly cute. But its not those overly nasal forced anime cute. I rather like it a lot though. Not sure it works for you, gotto hear it to decide.
