Today's downtime brought to you by our upgrade to a 1 Gbit/s pipe at the datacenter.

Also made some changes to the networking stack that should results in a more even distribution of page loading times.

Back to the topic, I wouldn't say the forum is super-fast now, but at least we avoid all the 502/503/504 server errors since then. :joker:

I would... at least when the server CPU usage isn't 100%. All bets are off when that occurs.

the site is faster for sure. it was slow as hell before. many times couldn't even load up a page. good stuff. all hail bigger wires.
