基本上我在其他中文論壇裡分享~~沒人告知無法解壓的問題~~

個人認為~~就這兩種可能~~

一為中文密碼~~二為文件下載不完全(於此分享的是經過google轉址的百度云網盤)

下回分享密碼會將中文字去除~~降低無法解壓的機率

兄弟~~
建議重新轉壓小檔時~~
16:9的影片分辨率設置為 800*450
4:3的影片分辨率設置為 720*540
這樣一來~~除了影片的比例會正常~~
上下也不會有黑屏的情形發生
這兩部就是16:9

Weeeell... i don't know. I find these "ROCKET" titles to be very... weird. They are original, no doubt, but i still find them pretty weird xD

You're lucky. Here is what their "customer support" had to say when I emailed them of the problem:

Hello,
Can you use another browser such as firefox or chrome?
Or can you please use some download manager such as Jdownload and Internet download manager for better speed?

I use Firefox and jdownloader already, so that isn't the problem. But they didn't even bother to ask.

My point is this, everything was working better last night but they shouldn't try to bullshit their customers.

My internet connection is 2 mbs but no matter what browser or whether or not you use a download mgr, nothing should get the download to 2-3 kbs especially on a premium account.

Their servers are pretty unreliable and they seem to take forever to fix things so it's not a big surprise. It's most likely a temporary problem with the servers closest to your area. With premium though, you should be able to open multiple connections to the same file which is why they recommend a download manager since it can open a lot of slow connections to make the download go much faster.

I've heard Internet download manager is pretty good at this kind of thing so you could give it a try, jdownloader doesn't open a lot of them(although I don't have premium so I can't tell for sure).

When you contact any tech support to solve a problem, you want to give as much information as possible to help them solve your problem. If you don't, they'll give you the most common answer to the problem which is what you experienced.
They are pretty bad at responding though, I contacted them a few times with very specific questions and got a generic answer that didn't make any sense for what I asked about 2 out of 3 times. So try to email them 2 more times and you might get a good answer.

I haven't experienced any slowdown recently around here, it's still between 30 and 60 KBs.

If only the guy from the support thread was still around, he could give you a decent answer since he seemed to be competent.

You can always tell them that you tried their suggestion and that it didn't help and see what they respond.

But yeah, they are pretty terrible at what they do. I would wonder how they can make money being that way, but most companies I have internal knowledge of are always disorganized to a point that it almost become scary.


And while I'm writing in here, I might as well say that I won't be doing much uploading for the next week or two since I'm moving to a new apartment and spend most of my time preparing for it so request from the LADY and ANND thread will have to wait unless someone else feels like filling them.
When it's done though, I have a couple of ISO that needs encoding so you all have that to look forward to.
