Guys, seriously consider seeding on bit torrent permanently, then relying on these crappy direct download links which are bound to go under eventually... :scared: most have all disappeared aside from some new ones, rapidshare etc, but we should consider seeding at full speed on bit torrent ALL THESE FILES THEN RELY ON DDL LINKS PLEASE!!!! :please:

I've been looking for a better downloader and think I found it with Jumbofiles.

I'm on a private lesbian site and some have just started using it. It loads in MiPony just fine and downloads multiple files at a time. Looks promising.

As for all those re-ups folks are asking me for, what with the problems of late with most all downloaders, I've been reluctant to post. It is a lot of work for 'nothing' except to help guys beat off.

When I get some free time I'll maybe upload some more, but I've begun to ask myself what is all effort and time consuming work for...?

Think of it this way, you are showcasing the best that Japan has to offer to the rest of the world. Because of your contributions, you are effectively showing the western society that there is an alternative to the fake western lesbian porn.
 
It's true that it's a lot of work uploading vids and it can be depressing when you know they might get removed in a couple of days.

That's why I've made a couple of .bat files to prepare the files automatically.
When I encode the vids, I have 3 .bat that prepare the files, scripts and create a sample file and another that crop the dvdcover, prepare the nfo, hash the video and compress them in 400MB parts ready to be uploaded.

When I stop being less lazy, I'll try to make one for existing files and upload them trough ftp automatically.

Slimedog, if you want and tell me what steps you make to upload a video, I could make one for you since the hard part is making the nfo and you don't make one. And since jumbofiles has ftp support, it can also be uploaded directly without much effort in theory(I haven't used ftp in dos in a while though)

When I think of all the problems you've dealt with in the last--what?--ten months (the first Hotfile mass-deletions, the search for alternative boards when Fileserve was banned here, urdx.com's pissy thing about censored JAV--what the fuck was that about, anyway?--and then all the problems following MU's pole-axeing by the feds) I'm amazed at how you've soldiered on and resisted the temptation to go to predatory hosts like (m)Oron.

Anyways, i love u Slimedog for sharing all of those great movies, u, SamKook and all the other contributers helped us to emassen our collection to the max :)

As someone who's followed this thread for what seems like at least 2 years, you really should be commended for being able to keep up with this thread for so long. I haven't been able to keep up with every single post in here, but I was able to get plenty of neat stuff when I was interested. To see this much effort for something that's so easily taken for granted can be sad. Regardless of what choice you decide to make in the future, there's some people out there who do appreciate what you've done.
 
I'd just like to add my appreciation to Slimedog for all his efforts not only on this site but others; a truly awesome and titanic effort for which I and loads of others are extremely grateful.

Slimedog, no matter what decision you finally make I think it's fair you know how much your efforts were appreciated by others.

You were one of the few people who made going on the internet worthwhile.
