Did you make sure you entered the password right without any space or special characters copied before and after it? Typing it manually helps.

Yes and if there is still a problem download part 3 again.
I always add at least 3% recovery record to my shares for the server stream problems that can cause crc errors
So you can open it with the recovery record as well. Just google extract rar with recovery record
There are several good tutorials that will come up
