On second thought, what's the gag? Someone was impressed with the music of a JAV, and wanted to find out more... I'd say that is a legitimate question, as much as an easy answer would probably not be forthcoming. (Psst! I'll let you in on a secret... I didn't know what "OST" meant, but thanks to "Urban Dictionary," I learned the acronym stands for "Original Sound Track." Why don't people spell things out so that the dumbbells, like myself, can understand?)

...Evidently the "New Face" debut of Kotone Amamiya, from 2008. What surprised me, for such an old movie, downloading possibilities not only exist but abound. Why is this movie still so popular? (You can even get the whole thing on Xvideos.)
Maybe... I dunno, could the reason be, because... the music is so sensational? (One day I'll have to listen.)

I don't know the source of the music, but from the sound of it, I'd guess that it is stock background music, probably royalty free. Think of it as the music version of clip art or stock photos. It's pretty commonly used by video editors and for this type of work, they probably don't want to go through the trouble of clearing rights for it (for time and cost reasons), so they would go with royalty free stuff.
Master Jug, you are so amazingly knowledgeable on certain topics and so helpful and resourceful and tenacious. But I am also amazed at these (unrare) revelations. I presume a lot of JAV fans are, like me, semi-comprehensive otakus: anime, J-pop,console games, tabletop games. Myself I'm a gunpla otaku (please don't tell you have to look up what gunpla is). Oh... just this week I have listening to the epic (in length, if not necessarily brilliance) 8-CDs OST of BGC, for maybe the 20th time. Anyway... thanks for giving me a chuckle at your expense.
OTOH, raise you hands if you often watch JAV with mute on.

If that's too old a reference, maybe I should contemporize... that's the favorite hobby of American policemen, at the slightest provocation. Right? See, I'm not so stupid.

While I know all the "internetspak" stuff like OTOH or OST I had no idea what gunpla was either, had to look it up.
I always watch my JAV with the sound on. Even if I don't understand what they're saying (aside from a few very common words) I still think hearing it makes it more interesting.

I guess I was wrong then... Many of you care not for J-culture other than JAV.
But OST is a big deal in Japan. In US/West, even major films (Kill Bill comes to mind) would often select (meticulously) existing songs (sometimes adapted) to make up the sound track, minor productions, especially kid's cartoon would simply use generic stock music and sound effects. Whereas in Japanese, even B- or C- movies or any minor kids anime must commission an entirely original song or two (I'd almost say two is the absolute minimum, an OP (OPening song) and an ED (EnDing song)). This extends to games, dating back to Donkey Kong and Mario Bros, the original theme (no more than a few bars of synthetic MIDI notes) was very important part of a game production.
In Japan, even TV commercials often get OST releases (usually CD-singles, with at least 1 remixed version included). Just saying, compared to the West, original songs are SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
JAV is, quite curiously, a significant exception. The reason is slightly obvious so let's not dig into it.
Hentai anime, due to its anime heritage, often have original OP (and sometimes ED), but since most hentai are cheap-ass productions, their OST often are cheap-ass forgettable jingles too. Nonetheless the SOP must be followed.
What makes it most interesting is when there's an exception to the exception: when JAV comes with an OP: the ZIZG series of live action version of hentai manga/games. IIRC, the first 2 installments of this series ZIZG-001 Taimanin Yukikaze Live Action and ZIZG-002 Prison Battleship Live Action each have an OP. Not sure how you come to the conclusion we don't care about j-culture just because I don't know one tiny part of it. I've watched plenty of anime but it never had anybody building gundam models. Nor am I into building any kind of models myself, so why would it be so strange I never heard of the word gunpla? Is it that big in Japan?
