This clip is from 2012 or before. It could be vintage JAV I have searched alot of FAD and FAX for FA studio but no luck finding this specific scene. The view in the images is distorted this is a 4:3 aspect ration even though it appears to be 16:9, its just 4:3 stretched out.
Everyone has their holy grail clips to find, for me this is 1 of 2 and the easier of those 2 I think because we can see her face or at least the side of her face.

Her dark hair and white skirt while help make this unique. I have noticed that finding clips with a white skirt in the classroom seems rather uncommon as a visual queue when scanning JAV vids.
