Been having trouble finding this. Thought it was Dandy-212 but it isnt

Clues:
There are actually two girls and two guys in the shot if you look, sadly this is all I have to help find it
It looks shot at home not a hotel room, what I try to keep key while searching or if I see it is a wood desk and the striped rug, that is pretty unique.
