Plot: Sexy Chingmy Yau stars in She Starts The Fire, a fish-out-of-water comedy where the fish can set people on fire! Luckily, Wendy is too kind-heated and pure to use her gifts for personal gain. Unluckily, most people around her are selfish golddiggers who view Wendy's flaming abilities as a ticket to easy street. Soon everyone and their brother is after Wendy, including Charles' evil sister Tracy (Carol Cheng), and some evil gangsters. Eventually Wendy is going to discover she's being used...will the shock cause her to fizzle or flame on? Chingmy Yau turns in a dynamite performance in this early-nineties Hong Kong laugher, and holds the screen thanks to her sexy innocence and talent for wearing bright red hot pants.
