2016 and still not releasing films in hd... what a shame. You have knights visual messing around with 4k and asfur refusing to break away from dvd.

Why does asfur not release vids in hd anyway? There has to be some kind of business reason behind it right? Is it just cheaper? Do they shoot with a SD cam? Whats the deal? My fucking phone can take 1080P video and they are releasing 480p dvds like it's 2003? Is it a money thing? Do they shoot in 1080p then downscale it? It's odd man. Very odd.

I also agree with your opinions about Asfur and question what exactly is the reason why they don't release their titles in HD. With that said though, I still they think shoot some of the best gokkun scenes with some of the cutest girls who perform in that genre.

I think Asfur and other labels haven't upgraded their production process yet. Switching to HD often means new cameras, releases on Blueray etc. etc.

Agreed, BR physical discs are pricier. HD content digitally would just end up here and other places so fast. Notice how rare these titles can be? Because without those willing to pay they can't get released in the wild. They know what they're doing.

for Asfur titles, we usually have to contribute to get them online on Akiba.
I'm not sure if the titles above have been near the contributed amount, but 5 people are contributing for asw-196 by Mao Hamasaki.
Of course, we could use more helping hands for those willing to contribute to this title as well.
