If only they had stopped doing raep-themed movies maybe they could now still be churning new movies.

What's with their fascination with doing rough stuff anyway? I imagine they would be the greatest uncensored-studio if they were eager to branch to other "genres" - just look at how many top actresses they could hire! They could be so much more it's sad to think about it :(

Producing JAV costs money and uncensored even more.

Going by their new update list, I see some FC2 content added recently. They're probably reaching out to the one-man shops there for licensing of their older content.

they did have tattoo guys in a lot of the gangbangs. So yes i would say yakuza. I heard when the woman behind caribbeancom got busted (she was chinese lady) The financier of tokyo-hot split so they never shot anything again. But now looks like they are selling low quality fc2 stuff.

I read somewhere (could be here) that an actress reported them to the police due to how she was treated during filming and based on that report, the studio is prohibited to produce new contents. It could be a breach of contract or not but I think if they didn't do rough stuff all the time that thing could have been avoided.
 
Guys with tattoo aren't always yakuza. Plus Yakuza have very distinctive tattoo. Guess what, the bass player of Maximum the hormone has tons of tattoo. Is he a yakuza ? Absolutely not !

Tokyo Hot, around 2013, had very attractive ladies in their movies and their movies were similar to other uncensored studios, with variety. Then, the girls became less and less pretty, like other uncensored studios. Now, most of time, they have girls you would not even look at in the streets. And that kind of girls in porn mainly do low quality movies (rough themes).

The reason is $$$, legality of uncensored, and financial losses from piracy. Anything beyond that is tin foil territory.

if they're in shady gangbangs that are illegal with tattoos, yes they are yakuza. that is the simplest explanation. The yakuza control the sex industry in japan. dont lets shills like inertia fool you. He should be busy reporting the next buy group or something. suprised the admins even let that weasel still post.

Tokyo Hot is not an obscure and underground studio. They make "amateur" looking movies, but they are a registered studio. They might be in a difficult financial situation (which could explain the less attractive girls and all that stuff), but it's still a a legit studio (google the name and you will see).

It amazes me how people still believe in stereotypes. YES there are still yakuza in Japan, no doubt but NO they don't control the porn industry. They probably have some studios or have some parts in some studios, but it's probably independant studios and the movie releases can't be find online.
On another forum, I also laughed when a guy said "Nanami Matsumoto was probably punished by a yakuza" because she had a "burn" mark (it really could have been something else, but anyway; ...) on her butt. Watching too much porn fucked up some people brain :D

Thinking Yakuza control Japan or porn is as stupid as thinking french are wearing a beret and hold a baguette all day long.

So does anyone know where to find videos like the kind that Tokyo Hot used to make? I was a big fan of the uncensored creampie gangbang videos they did but with Siro-hame.net and Tokyo-hot no longer making any, where should I look now?

There are a number of good and honest (meaning there are a lot of internal ejaculations and not just a single one at the end) gangbang creampie vids from the big studios, for example the three "Yarisugi One Dozen Creampies" (Climax Zipang) movies. Also check out Spermmania, they have two excellent videos involving Megumi Shino and Eri Hirasawa (cosplay). There's also Night24 but the quality of the girls on average is so-so (they still have a couple of decent girls like Yui Komine).

If you prefer amateur-ish actresses and actors like I do, then FC2 would be your best best. You can find excellent 4, 5, or even 6P gangbang creampie vids but you have to be VERY diligent in your search. This one is pretty great: Zipang 13718 デストロン3号 別れる彼女に中出し5P編 (Zipang licensed the original video).

As someone who has lived in Japan longer than you have been alive. this is definitely one of the more clueless statements I've seen here.
 
Okay @samurai79 even if it is Yakuza owned. Giving you the benefit of the doubt. As long as it is by the books and a legal business prospect with nothing illegal going on there is no problem. There is no Yakuza boogeyman even if it is owned by them. Just like any adult company; they hire male and female talent. If they want to work with the studio then they do, if not then so be it. Ultimately it would make no difference if it was Yakuza owned. Most people wouldn't know or care, and the people that are morally bothered by it if they knew just wouldn't work there.

No doubt the Yakuza at one point may have held majority interest in the JAV world, or even controlled but now I doubt they have much influence; especially illegal content wise. At best they may have slight connections here and there to reap in some of the profits. If even that.
 
Hilarious list of opinions here. I guess the truth could probably be cobbled together from all the comments though.
