I read somewhere (could be here) that an actress reported them to the police due to how she was treated during filming and based on that report, the studio is prohibited to produce new contents. It could be a breach of contract or not but I think if they didn't do rough stuff all the time that thing could have been avoided.

Tokyo Hot is not an obscure and underground studio. They make "amateur" looking movies, but they are a registered studio. They might be in a difficult financial situation (which could explain the less attractive girls and all that stuff), but it's still a a legit studio (google the name and you will see).

It amazes me how people still believe in stereotypes. YES there are still yakuza in Japan, no doubt but NO they don't control the porn industry. They probably have some studios or have some parts in some studios, but it's probably independant studios and the movie releases can't be find online.
On another forum, I also laughed when a guy said "Nanami Matsumoto was probably punished by a yakuza" because she had a "burn" mark (it really could have been something else, but anyway; ...) on her butt. Watching too much porn fucked up some people brain

There are a number of good and honest (meaning there are a lot of internal ejaculations and not just a single one at the end) gangbang creampie vids from the big studios, for example the three "Yarisugi One Dozen Creampies" (Climax Zipang) movies. Also check out Spermmania, they have two excellent videos involving Megumi Shino and Eri Hirasawa (cosplay). There's also Night24 but the quality of the girls on average is so-so (they still have a couple of decent girls like Yui Komine).

If you prefer amateur-ish actresses and actors like I do, then FC2 would be your best best. You can find excellent 4, 5, or even 6P gangbang creampie vids but you have to be VERY diligent in your search. Okay @samurai79 even if it is Yakuza owned. Giving you the benefit of the doubt. As long as it is by the books and a legal business prospect with nothing illegal going on there is no problem. There is no Yakuza boogeyman even if it is owned by them. Just like any adult company; they hire male and female talent. If they want to work with the studio then they do, if not then so be it. Ultimately it would make no difference if it was Yakuza owned. Most people wouldn't know or care, and the people that are morally bothered by it if they knew just wouldn't work there.

No doubt the Yakuza at one point may have held majority interest in the JAV world, or even controlled but now I doubt they have much influence; especially illegal content wise. At best they may have slight connections here and there to reap in some of the profits. If even that.
