Kind of, loli clothing is what the victorian goth look is called. Probably kawaii? It's one of the most confusing things I've found, hiring those models can't be that cheap, it doesn't seem like their target market would care about JAV stars modeling for them, and as far as I can tell they only post these pictures to twitter, though I suspect their magazine uses them.

That was bad phrasing and timing on my part by saying "extreme" while quoting that cover. I agree they pretty much have the same extremeness in terms of themes/genres. But what I meant was that Miko is more intense and hardcore. She is more aggressive while giving blowjobs and riding on top. She also makes a lot more noise; thats a good thing, I love hearing them squeal :D. She also has much more intense reactions, I especially like how she has to pause sometimes to allow for her leg-shaking orgams :D. She also tends to get used harder: throat fucked, gangbanged, blowbanged, etc. Overall she's just a more intense, hardcore, and "extreme" actress.

They could both have the same theme movie, with all the same scenes, but I guarantee you that Miko's one would be more hardcore. The technical definition of dwarfism is just anyone under 147 centimeters, which is a pretty broad list of stars. And Yukino Riko, the shortest star I know of, does have features that are somewhat off.

As for the <100 cm range, I've seen some western ones back when my asshole friends always wanted to watch shock videos. I wasn't a fan,

That is the hypocrisy of society to be honest. We all know the video features people of legal age, but if the looking very young male was a looking very young female than it would be considered too much by those in power. I don't think a video producer would test that theory. :)

Because that's basically what a "believable looking female little person" would look like.

That for sure is pushing it too far for me. I can barely look at those without feeling uncomfortable.
I admit that I have seen some U-15 stuff (freshmen/sophomore HS looking) that does look really cute, but when we start getting to in elementary school (possibly even pre-school) territory, yeah that's gonna be a no for me dawg.
