I did post this in what I thought was the correct place but no help there. Considering the loli-type body, I thought it would probably be appropriate to ask here.
So hoping you can identify this beautiful girl. The Link is to a video called "Exposed Snake Scene two" but I would say that is not the name or is a bad translation.

My collection is labeled with Actress Name first then Code. See here for an idea of how I do mine. Having done it this way I would suggest you go with putting the Code first because it can get pretty messy when you have multiple actresses in one video. I would love to go back and rename everything and put the code first but with almost 9000 videos that task is pretty much impossible, I rather continue with what I have to stay consistent. Also putting HD at the end seems like it would make more sense.
Also highly suggest using Everything search. I first got the idea from ether and it works great. As long as your JAV collection is well labeled it's a breeze to find anything you're in the mood for.

Yeah, k-tribe has been pretty obvious about the photoshopping for a while, though that was one of their worst offenses in a while.
I'm kinda crappy at my organization. I have one area full of things that I 100% won't delete, my MUM, IBW, and LOVE collections along with the actresses I'm trying to get everything by. Symbolic links between the MUM folder and the actresses folder. The rest is supposed to be in folders labeled by studio, organized by javmoviescraper, but it puts each file in it's own folder, and that annoyed me and I misclicked while trying to fix it once, and I just haven't dealt with it since.
File names I'm strict on. ABC-123.mp4. Only time I allow it to vary is _A/_B. Uncensored and other videos that don't have a dvd code are rare enough I just sort of ignore them. I find old things by a combo of remembering the studio, and not trying, relying on random videos instead. It works well enough, until I want to watch something specific that's not really normal for a studio, DVDES-738 kept causing me issues on that.

we did. I was just having some fun and wanted to make the comparison image now that I actually have KTDS-899
I came to the same conclusion earlier this morning and decided to put the [SD] [HD] [3D] [VR] [SUB] tags at the end (luckily I didn't have to redo that many files). Not sure what I was thinking having them in the middle. Yea, having the jav codes first seems essential. Wow 9000 videos! My jav collection is only a little over 4000 right now.
I was curious about this when ether mentioned it earlier. I'm not sure I get it though. What makes it better than just using the built in explorer search bar? Once I have everything named properly I should be able to type any name in and have all her videos come up if I search from the root of the jav folder. Or if I'm in the mood for a particular series I will now be able to goto that folder. The main reason I want to have everything named and organized is so I don't need a special program. I'm probably overlooking something?
Yea thats what I've been doing when I run into multi part releases. Except I've been using a dash instead of an underscore...

...underscore probably would be better. think I'll switch to your style.
but I'm thinking about just merging multi part files into a single video. But might run into problems if each part isnt encoded identically. Has to be a transcode of course, I would never dare re-encode a JAV (the quality is already shaky enough on alot of releases lol).

Windows built in search sucks that why haha. I used it for years with my collection and I constantly had to restart the search service or rebuild the index. There have been numerous occasions where I would search for something then it didn't pop up and I would freak out that it got deleted or I'd be confused because I was sure I had it. Everything search is basically the same as Windows search just much much better. I also like how it has a play count built in. In the future I can go back and see what my most played videos were, I think that's pretty cool.
For multipart videos I like to put "(1 of 2)" and "(2 of 2)" after the code so that I know how many parts there are. That way I know if I'm missing one. But it does make the file name longer so I've just been using letters as of late.
Don't tempt me. I have the free time to pull it off! Just got my PS4 Pro and dishonored 2, but they can wait for a task of this importance.
oh I see. that makes sense. I've never had any of those issues with windows search. Perhaps its because I disabled indexing? Searches have always been instant for me with indexing off, so I never had a reason to enable it. If those issues also happened to me (and maybe they will when my collection gets even bigger) I would also look for alternatives.
That play count feature does sound sweet though! I've actually thought about that before. Always wondering what my most watched videos would be. After the omomo uncensored videos it would be pretty close between alot of different videos.

Mine might not be as big as you think. Out of the 4000, I'd say half of those are either uncensored (carib, heyzo, etc) or thai stuff (asian street meat, creampie thais, etc).
So probably have closer to only 2000 pure JAV titles. I probably should have said my asian drive is at 4000 titles, not specifically JAV titles.

its like that for everyone. Yipman was actually the person to release that one. I was also kinda thrown off by how suddenly the video ended when I first watched it last week. It does seem like it was cut off, especially since mikako was speaking when it cut.
